Root & Rise Supervision
Clinical Supervision
I offer licensure supervision for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) who are seeking thoughtful guidance as they grow in their clinical work and professional identity.
Early in my own career, I experienced the impact of ethical, intentional supervision. Having a supervisor who both supported and challenged me helped shape not only my clinical skills, but also the kind of therapist and professional I strive to be. That experience continues to influence the way I approach supervision today.
My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where emerging clinicians feel encouraged while also being thoughtfully challenged to deepen their clinical thinking, strengthen their skills, and grow with confidence.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PLMFT), and doctoral student, I care deeply about the integrity and future of the mental health profession, particularly the field of Marriage and Family Therapy. I view supervision not simply as a requirement for licensure, but as a meaningful investment in the continued strength, ethics, and development of our field.
Through supervision, I aim to support clinicians as they develop their voice, refine their clinical approach, and build a sustainable, ethical, and fulfilling professional path.
